Proposed mixed use development in Dundonald

After sitting vacant for 16 years since the closure of the TK-ECC complex, LagMar Properties Limited is proposing a mixed-use development on the former Rolls Royce factory site on the Carrowreagh Road in Dundonald.

In light of the current situation and COVID-19 situation new regulations have been introduced to help you provide feedback on our proposals.  In line with the new guidance from the Department for Infrastructure, we will be using a number online engagement tools as well as remote feedback channels to gather your comments on our plans.

The Site

The site extends to 7.59 hectares (18.75 acres), and is located approximately six miles from the centre of Belfast; directly north of the Upper Newtownards Road in Dundonald.  Carrowreagh Road is to the east of the site and Ballyroan Lane to the east.
